Petition forContempt, grounded on the failure of the libelee to comply with an order for the support of his wife, the libelant, and of their minor child. Trial before a master, who recommended that the libelee be ordered to transfer to the libelant his equity in certain shares of stock, and that the former order for the payment of $15 a week be modified so as to require the payment of $10 a week. The report was accepted and approved, and a decree ordered accordingly. To this order the libelee excepted, also to the denial of his motion to recommit the report to the master.
